In order to help us build our site into a valuable, content packed informative Party Planning Resource, we've decided to enlist your help in exchange for a possible reward.

Each and every month we will select a category from our web site and host online contests, right here, for our visitors to submit their ideas to. The ideas will be reviewed and once approved, will be posted to that months contest page.

At the end of the month, all entries will be evaluated and winners will be selected. The lucky authors of 3 submissions will be awarded as follows:

Winner - $25 gift certificate to Amazon.com.

1st Runner Up - $15 gift certificate to Amazon.com

2nd Runner Up - $10 gift certificate to Amazon.com

Contest Rules

The rules are simple and clear:

1. Ideas will be accepted beginning on the 1st of each month until the last day of the same month. We will only consider online contests entries related to that months category selection.
   
   (For example: If the category for the month is "Birthday Party Decorating Ideas", we will not consider an entry about "Invitation Ideas" for that months contest)
   
   Any unrelated entries will still be absorbed into a fitting category on our web site however will not be considered for prize winnings.


2. We will be judging all entries based on originality more than anything else as well as how thoroughly you've planned the details. An entry that makes people say "Wow...that's a great idea!" will definitely score big points. Pictures speak loudly so be sure to include one if you can.


3. Please do not enter HTML (it will be converted to text) or ALL CAPS (they will be converted to lower case).


4. Winners will be selected by judges who are members of or have been assigned by the Best-Birthday-Party-Ever.com team.


5. A valid e-mail address must be included with all entries in order to be eligible for prizes (we can't reach you without it).


6. Any and all submissions to this contest must be original (not copied), in good taste, legal, accurate and true, non-defamatory, non-threatening, non-confidential, non-infringing of copyrights owned by others and relevant for this site.


7. Posts should be non-commercial/non-promotional in nature and not contain commercial web addresses, e-mail addresses or phone numbers (they will be removed).


8. Winning entries will be publicly announced on our web site and winners will be notified of their winnings in advance and by the end of the following month.


9. Best-Birthday-Party-Ever.com reserves the right to reject and/or edit and/or delete any parts that violate the above, including the right to ban offenders from submitting again.


10. Failure to follow any of the above stated rules will result in disqualification in the contest and that entry will not be considered for prize winnings.

By submitting to this contest, I certify that I have the right to submit the text and photo I am submitting. My submission signifies agreement to the above and that I agree to grant an exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, transferable, perpetual license to publicly display my submission on this and any other web site owned and operated by the owners or assignees of Best-Birthday-Party-Ever.com. I also grant Best-Birthday-Party-Ever.com the right to pursue anyone who copies my submission.
