Not all party games are geared to certain themes or age groups.
In fact, many of our traditional birthday games can be converted to fit any theme.
By traditional, I mean games that most of us have been playing for a very long time and are very common. Games such as "Pin The Tail On The Donkey" and "Simon Says" readily come to mind.
For example, you can easily convert the well known game of "Duck, Duck, Goose" into a similar game more fitting to your party.
So if you were throwing a Mickey Mouse party, you could have the kids sit in a circle and play "Mickey, Mickey, Minnie". You simply change the wording and the kids will love it.
Your imagination is your only limit.
You want another example?
Well...hmm......how about this?
You're throwing a Hawaiian luau themed pool party. How about a game of "Hot Coconut" as a replacement to the traditional "Hot Potato" game.
Use an actual coconut and pass it around to the tune of your favorite hawaiian music.
